Beacause Freeway's new album, Stimulus Package, with Jake One just dropped, this week's video is from Freeway's second (and heavily slept on) album, Free At Last. A lot of people said Philadelphia Freeway was better but I liked this one better. In this track he mentioned his beef with producer Just Blaze (due to him not supplying him with beats), but just a few days ago they squashed it!

So I just received my copy of Stimulus Package by Freeway and JakeOne in the mail. I'm listening to it and so far the CD is crazy. Jake One is killing the beats and Freeway is rapping his ass off. Because I pre-ordered it I recieved a Sticker and Two Mixtapes with my purchase (Freelapse & The Beat Made Me Do It). The packaging is just as dope as the video so definitely go get it.

Wow! This album packaging for Freeway and Jake One's new album, The Stimulus Package, is sick! This is got to be one of the coolest album casing ideas ever. Brent Rollins, a Hip Hop designer came up with the idea so mad props to him. I'm going to be honest with you, I probably wasn't going to purchase this album. After seeing how dope the packaging is though, I'm definitely buying it. Freeway deserves it after all, seeing as he's been putting out dope tracks every single month.

Here is a new studio video that Freeway released to him recording a song called "Touch Down." Vid is nothing special but I love watching recording sessions. This week's track is from Philadelphia rapper Freeway. You already know how I feel about those Eminem tracks (I love em), but Em's already held the single of the week spot too many times. Anyways Freeway has really been killing it this year with all the tracks he's been dropping. He's definitely flooding the industyr but in a good way (no Papoose). On this track Freeway gives his take on the Beans and Jay beef. He doesn't really send any shots at Jay directly but he does tell him how he feels. "We was eatin steakums while you were eatin steak." On February 16th, Freeway drops The Stimulus Package. Jake One produced all the tracks on it. His Em dedication album, Freelapse is also in the works.

Here is Freeways new mixtape with Producer Jake One. It's called The Beat Made Me Do It, and it serves as a prelude to his album, The Stimulus Package, which drops February 16th, 2010. I haven't had a chance to listen to this yet, but I'm sure it will be really good as everything he's been droping this year has been crazy. I recently heard his last retail album, Free At Last, and I have to say that album was heavily slept on. This Tuesday when you go to pick up Before I Self Destruct, pick up, Free At Last as well. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, Freelapse is also droping pretty soon so be on the look out for that.
