Jay Bezel dropped his Philadelphia Beast Vol. 3 mixtape earlier today. I just started listening to it and it's really hot. If you don't know who Jay Bezel is, he was one of the original members of Juelz Santana's Skull Gang. He was also featured on Jim Jones hit single "Certified Gangsta's" back in the day.
